12 month refurbisher warranty

If your item has a technical defect within the first year, we'll repair or replace it.

A  Tested and 100% Functional, flawless appearance with no visible scratches            

B  Tested and 100% Functional, light scratches and blemishes on the unit

C  Tested and 100% Functional, visible signs of wear and tear including deep scratches and or dents which do not affect its functionality

Laptops

A   Tested and 100% Functional, flawless appearance with no visible scratches, screen has no defective pixels and no sticker marks

B   Tested and 100% Functional, may have light scratches and blemishes on the unit, screen may have light scratches but no defective pixels

C  Tested and 100% Functional, visible signs of wear and tear including deep scratches and or dents which do not affect its functionality, screen may have noticeable scratches

Consoles

A   Tested and 100% Functional, flawless appearance with no visible scratches            

B   Tested and 100% Functional, light scratches and blemishes on the unit

C   Tested and 100% Functional, visible signs of wear and tear including deep scratches and or dents which do not affect its functionality

Mobiles &Tablets

A   Tested and 100% Functional, screen is in perfect condition, body has barely visible micro scratches, not noticeable from 20cm away        

B  Tested and 100% Functional, screen hasn’t got any defective pixels but may have light scratches, body has a few faint signs of wear.  No cracks or dents

C  Tested and 100% Functional, screen has no defective pixels but may have deep scratches, body has visible signs of wear and tear but no cracks
